Why support teams write the same answer again and again
A large share of support tickets are "how do I…?" questions: how to invite a user, export data, change a plan or connect an integration. The answer is the same every time, but writing it well takes a while. You need the right steps in the right order, a screenshot or two, and a check that the screen hasn't changed since last time.
A recorded guide turns that work into a one-off. You do the task once in your product, and the guide is ready to send whenever the question comes up again.
